OUR COMMISSION FROM JESUS CHRIST

Then He called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils and to cure diseases.

God has given Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church the missions to be His ambassadors to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to the City of Kirby Texas, and to anyone that are willing to hear the words of our Savior Jesus Christ.  We are committed to loving one another as we love ourselves.  We pray that the light of Jesus Christ is seen through our walk with those in need of His comfort, grace, mercy and guidance.  Our Evangelism Ministry is led by Evangelist Thelma Rose under the direction of Pastor Alexander. 

Evangelism Ministry Goals:

Community Outreach: Go out to introduce PMBC to the community of Kirby and anyone that the Holy Spirit lead us too.

Teach those that are in need of being taught how to walk in the ways of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Visitations: to nursing home, hospitals, and the sick and shut in at their residence if requested. 

Business Blass: Go out to the Kirby Police Department, Kirby Fire Department, Kirby Department of Public Works and Kirby Animal Shelter.  We deliver meals to these service workers to show our gratitude for the work they do for the community of Kirby on a daily basis.

Evangelism Lessons: Give lessons to those who would like to participate in the Evangelism Ministry. To join, contact Pastor Forrest Alexander or Evangelist Thelma Rose.
